Photobooth Images – Erin and Peter’s Wedding – Atlanta Wedding Photographers

February 4th, 2012

Back in October, I (Erin) was a bridesmaid in my best friend Erin B’s wedding.  Needless to say, we couldn’t photograph the wedding but we did provide the photobooth for Erin and Peter.  I just love the background Erin chose, it was so fun and added to the feel of the day…which was, in a [...]

Here’s a few of our favs:

Ok, y’all this post is a looong time coming and definitely isn’t the extent of the images I’m gonna show you.  Edward and I were married at the absolutely stunning Ringling Museum in Sarasota FL on April 23rd.  I know, I know, why has it taken me 4 months to blog about this?  Well, my only defense is that planning a wedding and simultaneously running a wedding photography business was stressful!

Once it was over I was ready to sit back and bask in the married-ness and totally detox from all things wedding related.  We deliberately took a month off from weddings after our own and I swear I didn’t even look at the wedding photos during that time.  Once it was time to get back into the swing off things and went through the images, well, we were too busy to post!

During the planning process, we were often asked who would be photographing our wedding since we couldn’t very well shoot our own….well, actually we can…to an extent.  My dad happens to be an award-winning photograper in Atlanta and owns King and Spivey Artography.  He and my mom and their associates shot our wedding but Edward and I couldn’t resist grabbing a camera during certain parts of the day.  Below are the images that my dad, mom and friend Sarah grabbed of us doing what we love best…capturing the painstaking, all-consuming details that made up our perfect day.

This is what Edward shot from the above frame:

My sister, Kippy, made the framed image above.  She is such a talented artist.  She decoupaged (sp?) some book pages together and then drew in coal the eiffel tower as our theme was books and travel.  I was so proud of what she made.  Thank you Kip, I love you!
